   "Shrine to Our Lady of La Salette
   The Virgin May appeared to two children (Melanie and Maximin) at La Salette in the French Alps on September 19, 1846. This is a simplified representation of that event. The children first saw Mary siting and weeping. Then standing up, called to them, „Come near, my children, do not be afraid”. At the end of her discourse, she rose off the ground and spoke her final words, „Make this known to all my people”. Our Lady of La Salette, reconciler of sinners, prey for us.
